Patrick Risk

Patrick received his undergraduate degree at the age of 20 in business management (with minors in communications and journalism) from the University of Northern Colorado. At the age of 24 he received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah (with project management professional and lead six sigma certification). At the age 25 he become a certified Chaplain with the World Spiritual Health Organization.

Professionally Patrick has worked at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 7 years as a Planning Manager over the Utah Area – working with priesthood leaders, the Presiding Bishopric, and over 100 community leaders to put together a long-term roadmap for Utah meetinghouse planning over the next 40 years. Before that he did consulting with a number of different industry leading organizations, improving organization operations with six sigma process improvement, project management, and strategic planning.

Patrick has a passion for planning and believes that now is our opportunity to create a future predicated on the principles of quality community planning – where traffic is not a way of life and where every individual has a right to choose a home that matches their needs and income in a beautiful and safe community.
